I am certain that I could not have managed the sale of my condominium without your assistance. Living in Indiana, you offered services far beyond the normal brokerage services of pricing, listing and coordination of the sale of the property. From the moment we met at the Condo, you were kind enough to assist with coordination of contractor cleaning and repair services that I would have had great difficulty managing remotely. There were probably 5-6 contractors who needed access to the unit and you helped coordinate this on a weekly basis. Furthermore, you even fronted certain costs for minor repairs to help insure that schedules were maintained.
